How far in advance should I start planning my trip?
When planning cruises, group travel, or events like a destination wedding, it's generally best to start as early as possible, especially for popular destinations or during peak travel seasons. Ideally, begin six months to a year in advance for major trips or events. Many cruises and resort travel packages can be secured with a deposit, and booking early often comes with the benefit of convenient payment plans. However, if you’re aiming to travel sooner, don’t worry; I can often accommodate last-minute plans too. Simply reach out, and we’ll work together to craft a fantastic itinerary within your timeframe.

Do you offer payment plans?
Each supplier has specific terms and conditions regarding payments and payment plans. Typically, most suppliers require a deposit and enforce a strict final payment date. If travel is arranged last minute, full payment may be required, along with any necessary authorizations to prevent fraudulent bookings. If payment plans are available, they will be discussed with each client individually, based on the vacation package they are interested in.
